Flughafen Frankfurt: Terminal 3
Herausforderung
Fraport AG plans to increase passenger handling capacity at Frankfurt Airport. To supplement the existing buildings in the north, Terminals 1 and 2, a new Terminal 3 is being built to the south of Frankfurt Airport on the site of the former US air base (now CargoCity South). Terminal 3 will be designed for a capacity of 14 million passengers per year.
Lösung
The tasks include:
- Installation of the emergency lighting system in the main terminal building, the PTS station, and in operations building 624
- In addition to the main control center, a total of more than 100 substations, approx. 25,000 lights, and around 500 km of cables and wires were installed

- 16.000 Leuchten auf 9 Etagen in 5 verschiedenen Gebäuden / Gebäudeteilen installiert
- Marktplatz im Zentrum des Terminals 3 umfasst rund 6.000 Quadratmeter
- Die Grundfläche beträgt rund 176.000 Quadratmeter
- 403.000 Quadratmeter Gesamtfläche umfassen das Terminal-Hauptgebäude und die drei Flugsteige (Alle Ober- & Untergeschosse)
