Elevion Group strengthens its engineering platform in Germany through the merger of Pantegra and PPI
Elevion Group is strengthening its engineering capabilities in Germany by merging Pantegra and PPI under the common brand Elevion Engineering Germany GmbH. The new organization creates a stronger, more efficient and clearly recognizable engineering platform within the Group.
By combining the expertise, resources and specialist capabilities of both companies, Elevion Engineering Germany GmbH will be better positioned to serve customers across the full lifecycle of building and infrastructure projects while preserving established know-how and quality standards.
With nine locations and approximately 230 employees, the company will benefit from a unified market presence, simplified internal processes and stronger collaboration across teams and locations.
This merger is an important milestone in strengthening our engineering platform in Germany and across the entire Elevion Group. At the same time, it further strengthens the Elevion brand across countries and market segments, supporting our long-term vision of building a unified European energy and technology services group. Our ambition is to become a one-stop-shop partner for complex decarbonisation solutions, serving customers across the entire value chain." said Jaroslav Macek, CEO of Elevion Group.
The merger supports Elevion Group’s long-term ambition to establish Elevion Engineering as a central point of contact for technical building services and engineering solutions, while further strengthening specialized platforms across European markets.
In this role, Elevion Engineering will focus on Building Services Engineering (Building Systems Engineering) as well as future-oriented building and energy systems. As a multidisciplinary engineering partner, the company will develop integrated, cost-efficient and sustainable solutions for complex building and infrastructure projects.
