Shaping Europe’s Energy Future with Integrated Energy Solutions

The Elevion Group acts as a European partner for integrated energy solutions. With a technology‑agnostic approach, strong engineering expertise and an international footprint, the company supports customers across the entire energy value chain.

The Elevion Group was formed around ten years ago as part of a strategic realignment of the Czech ČEZ Group. A key step was the acquisition of the German Elevion Group, originally focused on technical building services. Its established brand became the foundation for further European expansion. Today, Elevion brings together more than 80 companies under one umbrella, many of which operate independently in their respective markets.

A strategy built on three pillars

Elevion’s strategy is based on three core pillars: integrated heating, ventilation and building management systems; renewable energy projects; and comprehensive energy contracting services. The company supports its customers along the entire value chain – from analysis and planning through implementation to operation and maintenance. Depending on requirements, clients can choose individual services or fully integrated solutions from a single provider.

Technology‑agnostic and customer‑focused

A defining characteristic of Elevion is its technology‑agnostic approach. In addition to heat pumps and photovoltaic systems, the group also implements hybrid heating solutions. Furthermore, Elevion is involved in converting biogas plants to biomethane production and already operates ten such facilities in Italy.

Flagship projects across Europe

Several current projects underline Elevion’s capabilities under demanding conditions. One example is a high‑altitude photovoltaic installation for the Zwölferhorn cable car in Austria’s Salzkammergut region, where surplus energy is fed into a neighbouring village. Another milestone is Elevion’s involvement in constructing the Netherlands’ largest solar park with a capacity of 192 MW. Challenging soil conditions make the project particularly demanding from an engineering perspective.

Looking ahead

CEO Jaroslav Macek sees significant potential ahead: with greater agility and pragmatism, Europe can once again strengthen its position in technological innovation. Elevion aims to actively contribute to this development and support a sustainable energy transition across Europe.
