Recurring power outages during peak demand periods caused production interruptions and jeopardized operational reliability. As the existing photovoltaic system was unable to supply electricity during grid outages, a dependable backup solution was required to ensure a continuous power supply.

A reliable backup power and energy storage solution was implemented using Energy Shift's SamenSlim AccuPlan system. Two battery storage units, each with a capacity of 215 kWh and an output of 100 kW, ensure power availability during grid outages and significantly improve the site's energy security, all without requiring an upfront investment from the customer.
