Solution

Office Building with complementary functions Rhmax 3 basements + ground floor + 9 floors/11 floors + technical floor. On a total land surface of 5.3 hectares, the project will have 80,000 sqm of office, 15,000 sqm of total retail area, and 800 apartments. Total useful area 114,000 sqm
